Week of 11/25-11/29 and Lesson 13 Printout Dear parents and guardians, This week, we taught the students how to write a letter to a friend. We explained the parts of a letter, like the greeting, body, and closing. The students learned how to write friendly and personal letters.  We paired the students up, and each pair wrote letters to each other. They helped each other with ideas and wrote their letters with care.  We hope this experience will help them express themselves more confidently in writing, and we look forward to seeing how their skills continue to grow! Enjoy your weekend! Below is the prinout for Lesson 13. Lesson 13 - 202A Lesson 13 - 203R

Week of 11/18-11/22 and Lesson 12 Printout Dear parents and guardians, This week, the kids loved the story we read in class! We had some great talks about the characters and what happened in the story and they were really into it. Even though the final exam is still a bit away, we’ve started reviewing a little bit at a time. It’s a great way to keep what we’ve learned fresh and fun as we get ready. It's been a great week and I can’t wait for what’s next! Below is the printout for Lesson 12. Lesson 12 - 202A Lesson 12 - 203R

Week of 11/4-11/8 and Lesson 10 Printout Dear parents and guardians, This week, our students have been busy writing their Thanksgiving letters, reflecting on what they’re grateful for. These letters are due next week, so please remind your child to finish them over the weekend. In math, we started learning about the kilogram and how it relates to everyday objects. The kids compared items like a bag of flour and a textbook to understand weight. Next week, we’ll have more hands-on activities to explore this further. We’re proud of all the progress our students are making! Have a wonderful weekend. Below is the printout for Lesson 10. Lesson 10 - 202A Lesson 10 - 203R
